Block rim and neck in Danish oak with mahogany.

Gold-plated guitar tuners and a matching fifth-string tuner.

The peghead is faced with rosewood.

Fretboard with zero fret.

Ebony and bone bridge.

No-knot tailpiece.

Modified mahogany dowel rod.

There is no tone ring, but it has a strong, fine sound as though it had one.

The zero fret and oak block rim without a tone ring produce a beautiful, plunky, woody sound, both soft and powerful.

This model is the basis for the block-rim long-neck banjos.
